What do you have to do to return an order?

 

  1.  Register your return on our website www.mifi-hotspots.com/Withdrawal-form
  2. After receiving and approval of the withdrawal form, you can print a return label via myparcel.
  3. Prepare your package for the "return journey" and send it via your preferred shipper of your choice.
  4. The package is received and assessed by us. You will receive an email about this with our findings. If the return is received in good order, you will receive a credit note with the amount that will be refunded within 14 days.
  5. In the event of the return not meeting the return conditions, you will receive a proposal from us about a settlement.
  6. In the event of an exchange, the new product will be sent under settlement.


How long do I have to return my items?

You have a 14-day reflection period from the day you received the package. This means that you must register your return within 14 days. We will then give you another 14 days to return the product.

Who is responsible for the costs and risks of returns?

The return costs are for the customer. If preferred, these costs can be settled online when registering the package with MyParcel. The risk of returning the product also lies with the customer. Therefore it is wise to send the package with a track-and-trace code.

Which products cannot be returned?

Customized products may not be returned. This also applies to items that have been ordered in large numbers especially for you after receiving a prototype. Open box and discounted items may also not be returned.

When do I get my money back?

After receipt of the returned products, the items are checked whether they meet the requirements. If the product meets the requirements, the amount will be refunded within 14 days.

Why do I get less money back for my returned product?

In case of depreciation of the product, the entire amount will not be refunded. Impairment is based on the following three factors:
