The Pepwave MAX Transit Single LTE-A Pro is designed for transport applications. The pepwave Transit has a robust housing, made of impact-resistant materials, and can withstand extreme operating conditions. The router can withstand shocks, vibrations and extreme temperatures. The robust and intelligent Pepwave MAX transit Single LTE-A Pro has a 4G LTE-A dual SIM modem. This makes it possible to use 2 different providers for bandwidth bonding, data overage protection or the elimination of blind spots.
Simultaneous dual-band WiFi gives you two independent networks that also work together, maximizing throughput for your passengers. The integrated main portal allows passengers to log in with Social Media such as Facebook. InControl2 Management Control can be used for insightful reports and usage demographics.
The MAX Transit Single LTE-A Pro also supports external captive portals, allowing you to connect to an ad server. That way, your Wi-Fi hotspots can become a source of income
With the MAX Transit router you can realize reliable point-to-point and point-to-multi Wan connections for critical processes such as primary internet, video surveillance, payments, vehicle communication, campers, yachts, police cars, fire trucks, ambulances etc. There is no interruption in the connection by means of Hot Failover. The Pepwave MAX Transit has UTP ports tw. 1x LAN and 1xLAN / WAN port connection, making this M2M router very suitable for a fast and reliable connection. This Pepwave MAX Transit 4G router seamlessly connects to various vehicle applications in the industry.
In addition to an included power adapter, the MAX Transit from Peplink can be connected directly to the ignition of a vehicle via a terminal block connector. This allows the router to start up or shut down properly. These unique properties make the Pepwave MAX Transit ideal for all kinds of transport and asset tracking applications.
With PepVPN you can create a secure network with one IP address. The VPN connection uses IPsec encryption and the connection is never broken through Hot Failover. In addition, your network is protected by an SPI firewall. This blocks unwanted websites for (part of) the connected devices. With Quality of Services you also give priority to the data flows, so that these processes always work.
The Pepwave MAX Transit DUO LTEA is a PrimeCare model. This means that this dual modem LTE router comes with 1 year PrimeCare license. Peplink Prime Care cosists of Hardware warranty; software updates; speedfusion for extra stability and speed and InControl to manage your network remotely. After 1 Year you can buy extra PrimeCare here.
The Peplink SpeedFusion solution consists of the following 3 technologies to "cope" with specific network problems, namely: Hot Failover; Wan Smoothing and bandwidth bonding. These technologies ensure that one always has a high-performance internet connection. The Peplink MAX Transit has standard Speedfusion Hot Failover, WAN Smoothing and Bandwidth bonding can be activated by means of a license.

With built-in GPS tracking and InControl2 cloud based management, all routers can be monitored and managed remotely. It also provides an overview of the location of all vehicles in the fleet. A Mobile app is also available in the app store.

Personalizing the access portal can easily be done by uploading your logo and terms and conditions. Permitted bandwidth and access time per user or distance radius can be easily adjusted.
